Indian Brook Town Homes - Hopkinton Massachusetts  The neighborhood of Indian Brook Town Homes is located just off of Elm Street in Hopkinton and is made up of the streets Birchwood Lane, Doyle Lane, Leman Lane, Lilac court, Rosewood Lane, Turnbridge Lane and Weybridge Lane.   The units in this complex were originally built in the 1980's and many have been updated and renovated. Hopkinton Market Sat's January and February -2009 vs 2010   # Sold Days on Market Median sales price Asking to sold price On mkt this day 2010 12 107 $452,500 96% 61 2009 10 140 $492,500 96% 54 change   - 25% - 8%     As you can see in the chart above The Hopkinton market for single family homes comparing year to date sales for january and february '09 vs '10 the total sold is up by 2 homes, while the days to sell is down by 33 days on average. The median sales price is down by $40,000. What this tells me is that homes are selling a little better than this time last year, they are selling quite a bit faster, yet its more active in the lower price ranges.
