Littleton, Massachusetts - Littleton, MA was first settled in 1686 and incorporated in 1715.  The town is located about 25 miles north west of Boston.  Neighboring towns include Groton, Westford, Acton, Boxborough, Harvard and Ayer.  The major routes passing through Littleton are route 119, route 2a and route 495. Littleton average home sale price for October through December of 2007 was about $378,000 compared to $444,000 for July through Septemer of 2007.
