It was a new sub-division for the small town built in 1995. And it just took off from the very beginning to be a popular place to live. It grew over 5 years to have a total of 50 homes. As time went on, the homes got more grand. It is on top of a hill that has stunning sunsets and now almost 15 years old has mature plantings and a very pretty neighborhood. There are sidewalks and you will often see many people walking the dog, babies in carriages and children actually playing outside!
