WOW - Year over year November 2011 homes sales soared when compared to November 2010. In November of 2010 only 6 homes were sold.  In November 2011 there were 19 single family homes sold!  What a significant increase!  It should be noted in Nov 2010 there were 7 condos that were sold.  That number dropped in 2011 to 3 condos (and 2 multis) .   Other statistics like home size, and average time to sell a home stayed about the same.  Based on November sales, it does look like the market is still adjusting down but not at a significant pace - The market is leveling.    But we'll know much better when we complete 2011 and compare to 2010 - That report will be here on this site waiting for you in Mid January!      In the interim -   HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
