The Carpet Work Room Needham/Newton I am reblogging because the address has changed and the hours too.  The work room is larger too.  Just over the line in Newton Upper Falls in an old Mill. Hours: Monday through Friday from 10 to 6           Saturday from 10 to 2 Come you will not be disappointed.  ONe of the best finds in the Metro/West Boston Area. Recently mentioned again in the Boston Globe this time.  This is the best place for carpet.  He is wonderful. This is truly wonderful for our children to be living in Needham and so close to the Boston Ballet School in Newtonville.  My granddaughter is in her 3 rd year there and  it is a treat.  So close to Needham and right next to it is a wonderful shop called "Brussel Sprouts" and just next to that is a store where you can outfit a ballerina and it is all right there in one little block.  It is all just wonderful.  We went to peek week yesterday and that was a treat.  The children are amazing and some will be picked for the "Nutcraker." A little aside here.  If you have not seen "Game Plan" it is a treat too.  One of the chidlren is throughout the movie because she is part of this wonderful organization and very talented.  It is about a football player and his little girl who is supposed to ... 06/16/2009

I am beginning to think that Needham is the restaurant capital of Massachusetts.  We are very fortunate because we don't have to go far to find a great restaurannt.  Needham has lots to choose from.   New Garden, Mandarin Cuisine, The Rice Barn, Pho Pasteur, Euro Taste Bistro, Fava, Fuji Steak House, Masala Art, Panera Bread, Fresco Restaurant,  Sweet Basil's (my favorite), Not Your Average Joe's (big hit), new to Needham - Spiga (Italian Cuisine), Bertucci, Ground Round, Blue  on Highland, Sheraton,  soon coming The Village Fish (re-locating from Brookline to Needham), Sweet Tomatoes is on its way here too, Pacini's Italian Eatery and Stonehearth Pizza.  I may have missed some but we have lots of pizza places and sandwich shops, Ice Cream -Cafe Mucca Blu, Needham Junction ice Cream and... 10/23/2007
