Local Business Spotlight  Keady Pest Control Termites.....that is not something that anyone....Buyer or Seller....wants to find in a home inspection.  Of course, better to find them than have them there and not found. I recently had a Buyer discover termites as part of their home and pest inspection.  The Seller agreed to take care of the problem and contracted with Keady Pest Control of Norwood MA.
