The property is located on Village Drive in Quincy which is in the back of the Crown Colony Office Complex. It is really close to the Quincy Adams T Station. Quincy Massachusetts  Market Report - October 2008 The average selling price for single family homes sold in the month of October 2008 was $335,255 which is a substantial decrease from $358,553 for the same time period in 2007.  The number of homes sold decreased from 36 to 24 with the average days on market rised from 83 to 103.  The trend for average market time for homes sold in Quincy, Ma have been substantially longer.  This statistic usually indicates a need for more aggressive pricing.
