The 2nd Quarter 2015 Sharon MA Home Sales Report showed that sales and prices were up.  It's nice to know we have shaken off the winter doldrums.  Across the nation, more and more people are getting out there to buy homes.  Sharon MA is no exception.2nd Quarter 2015 Sharon MA Home Sales ReportThe MLS Property Information Network reported that a total of 54 Sharon MA homes were sold between April 1 and June 30, 2015.  That is a 12.5% increase from the same time last year.  Sales have been steadily increasing each month this year, too.  Ten Sharon MA homes were sold in April, 14 in May and 30 just last month.  It's also more than double the 25 that were sold during the 1st quarter of this year.The average sale price of a Sharon MA home was $579,544.  This was 4% higher than the 2nd quarte...
