Woburn Massachusetts showed some very good signs with the latest release of 1st quarter numbers from MLS. This shows the average sales price dropped slightly but the # of transactions has spiked higher than 2008 and 2009 tax credit buyer levels. This is an increase of almost 57% from 2011 Q1. Historically following any declining market the correction and recovery process does exactly this. Transactions up while sales prices stabilize even drop in some cases. Interest rates are still at historical lows and there hasn't been a better time in recent history to buy real estate in Woburn Massachusetts.
