I recently got a call from a lady looking for an apartment rental. She needed to find something but was not in a hurry.  She said her home was selling in a month. I explained how we hardly have any rentals in our town, she would have better luck in the nearby cities. I then said surely your Realtor told you of the severe shortage of rentals. She said No,  I sold the property on my own and I do not want to live in the city. Me:  Oh then I hope in your Purchase agreement it says you have to find suitable housing, a place to live. No,  I didn't know.  I felt so bad for her.  She was concerned she was going to be homeless.
