Last week I talked to a friend of a friend about buying his first home. It's one of my favorite Real Estate conversations to have. The excitement is real, and contagious, and I love being a (huge) part of this journey. You can only buy your first home once after all! I'd like to buy a house Andrea. I have paid off most of my debt, I have been saving up money but I don't know what my first step should be. I have never done this before. Where do I begin? I am so glad you asked! Your best bet in making your first home buying journey a successful one is by asking all the questions - you can never ask too many by the way - and by being prepared. There's so much to learn, take care of and pay attention to.Congratulations! Although you don't realize it you have already taken the first and most...

My favorite color is fall. I just love everything about the season, the fragrances, the sweater weather, and my favorite trails painted in all shades of yellow, orange and reds, glowing in the autumn sun. Leaf peeping is probably my top fall activity, making apple and pumpkin picking a close second. I hike year round but fall is definitely the best time to hit the trails. And there's no shortage of the latter in Maryland! The best time for leaf peeping in Maryland is about to come to a trail near you! Check out Fall Foliage Report from the MD Department of Natural Resources, and plan a hiking trip within the next couple of weeks or so. If you are not sure where to go, download the All Trails App with tons of options for all levels of experience. Or give me a call, I'd be happy to share ...
