Harford County: Traffic Advisory for Rte 24: May 2011   WHAT: Weather permitting, the ramp from southbound MD 24 to northbound Interstate 95 will be closed temporarily to traffic.  The detour will direct motorists to continue on southbound MD 24, to a u-turn at Edgewood Road, to northbound MD 24, to northbound I-95.  In addition, the ramp from northbound I-95 to northbound MD 24 (Exit 77A)will be closed.
