Staging Rules- · Clean, Light and Bright sells better than dirty , dark and dingy! · Remember you are selling space and a lifestyle not stuff. · Declutter down to the minimum you can live with for a short period. · Organize what is left so it is pleasing to the eye. · Think of an organized closet, pantry and bookshelves as an opportunity to showcase a room not as a “throw all the junk in here” dumping ground. All books should be moved so the spines are flush with the front edge of the shelves. Pantry should look like Martha Stewart came for a visit and not like it was raided by college students on spring break. · Create visual vignettes by grouping items of interest or coordinating colors for a harmonious feel.
