And you have lived or even worked in Bethesda MD,one thing is for sure-Bethesda is a beautiful city that has very nice houses that are not cheap.     But what if I told you that there are some Condos for sale in Bethesda MD selling for $200,000-$300,000,you would you believe me? The signs are everywhere: daffodils in bloom, early flowering trees spreading their white and pink canopies. Soon, Cherry Blossoms will be popping open all over the Washington DC region. Throngs of sightseers and tourists will be elbowing their way around the Tidal Basin. While the Tidal Basin remains a gorgeous and historic setting for seeing the blossoms, there are alternatives that come with less traffic. First of all, predictions are that the cherry blossoms will be at their peak bloom from March 29 through April 3 2011. Keep an eye on the weather as sudden warm spells mean you can catch the blossoms a few days earlier than expected and avoid some of the crowds. The official web site for the DC Cherry Blossom Festival can be found here. Note that when you head outside of downtown DC...

Although I'm a big advocate for Northern Virginia and begrudgingly cross the River to Maryland (according to on...
