        Can you paint a house that you haven't even purchased yet? I am at my office today doing work when somebody at the front desk said somebody looking for help parked on Line 2. So I figured it out how to pick up a telephone call (Second week at my new office).        Anyway make a long story short(I am going to try my best-PRAY FOR ME) someone called about a particular property. She gave me the address and I tried to look it up. I had no luck finding the address. I had to Google it-Thank Goodness for Good ol' Google. Finally I found the address and I looked it up. I told her that the property is under contract. But I told her that there are currently many houses for sale in Capitol Heights MD in that price range. But she really wanted this house.
