mmmm.. the smell of freshly baked bread. It's mouth-watering delicious. Just stepping into the Great Harvest Bread Company in Columbia, MD, I was sold. I wanted to try it all, the Honey Whole Wheat, the Woodstock (with sunflower and flax seeds, walnuts, pecans), the Old fashioned White, the chocolate bliss cookie ... The thing is, at the Great Harvest Bread Company you can in fact have it all. Sample the bread of the week, a cookie, a scone. They actually encourage you to. Buttered and all.
