In the month of January 2014 - 17 of the 52 homes in Columbia, MD were sold after being on the market for LESS THAN 20 DAYS!  The majority of the remaining 35 homes sold in January were on the market less than 2 months. About a week ago I showed a few homes in Columbia, MD.
