There were a total of 21 units that sold last month:  11 single family homes with an average sales price of $447,527 and the average days on the market was 19 days; 7 townhomes sold with an average sales price of $276,842 and the average days on the market was 11 days; 3 condos sold at an average sales price of $148,266 and the average days on the market was 21 days.
