Kids of any age can learn to skate this week at the Columbia Ice Rink!  Children 3 years and up & adults can take lessons at the Mini Winter Skating Session this December 27th - 31st.  There are 2-25 minute lessons starting at 9:45 each day (except Sunday) with an hour of free time on the ice to practice in between the lessons.  The classes are divided into Tots 3-5 years olds and ages 6 to adult.  Parents can sit on bleachers behind a glass wall and watch their future Olympians if they prefer!It's a nice schedule & great deal - and it gives you something fun to do over the long winter break.  The cost for non Columbia residents is just $115 and includes skate rental.This rink in Howard County is one of just a handful of public ice rinks in the Baltimore area and has been there for deca... 12/22/2013
