 Just how much does that additional bathroom cost? I was checking all the units for sale in Frederick on East All Saints Street. The price for units that have two bathrooms is certainly note worthy. It ranges from $4,900 to $328,750 more than the only two bedroom, one bath unit. All of the units have two bedrooms. The square footage varies............but, the difference on paper is one bathroom.  Maybe, just maybe, it isn't the bathroom. It could be that the extra bathroom is equipped with ...... Golden toilet paper  Of course, If you are looking for a two bedroom condo, right smack in the middle of downtown Fredrick, in the Maxwell Place building, and you can get by with one bathroom......call me. Well, here's our gas prices as of last night and this is already outdated.  Drove by this morning and it was $3.14 for regular. Can you imagine the man hours that are involved in changing the price on these signs?  I bet we could fix the national debt just by farming this out to India.  In the last couple of years you would think that the gas station owners would have invested in a better way to change the prices by now.  There some signs that have an LED look to them, with the savings from the man hours and the extra cost of the sign...they should be at a break even point if they purchased it last summer.Do you remember driving down the highway and seeing the old gas station signs up on billboards with the current price? Sure it was like .78 cents back then, but the price never changes... 05/23/2007
