Here’s a simple, healthy chia seed pudding using frozen strawberries and honey—naturally sweet, high in fiber, and great for breakfast or a light dessert.🍓 Strawberry Honey Chia Seed Pudding Ingredients (2 servings) 2 cups frozen strawberries (slightly thawed) 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste) 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk) 6 tablespoons chia seeds 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of salt Instructions Blend the strawberriesAdd the slightly thawed strawberries, honey, and milk to a blender.
