Mattresses and Box Springs Now Being Accepted for Recycling  The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is now accepting mattresses and box springs at the Shady Grove Transfer Station and Recycling Center in Derwood. Gaithersburg Employee and Team of the Year  Congratulations to Kristy King, Kentlands Mansion Community Facility Manager, for being named the 2022 Carl Webb Employee of the Year Award. Gaithersburg City Election 2023Election Day is November 7City Council Candidate Packets Available Interested in running for City Council? 2023 Election packets are now available online here or can be picked up at City Hall. Candidates must file a petition for candidacy with the Gaithersburg Board of Supervisors of Elections via the Office of the City Attorney.
