Leaf Raking Advice in Anticipation of Hurricane Sandy   Gaithersburg, MD – (October 25, 2012)   In anticipation of potentially heavy rains and high winds associated with any effects of Hurricane Sandy, Gaithersburg's Public Works Department is urging residents to either suspend or modify leaf raking activities this weekend and into early next week.
