Well, the humidity held out today. I wasn't able to run until 5pm this afternoon, but ran pretty well. The training had me run 14 miles today. The heat and humidity is supposed to start coming back tomorrow. We're expecting temps in the mid 90's with humidity just as high. There were quite a few people on the WO&D trail today, I suppose they all were taking advantage of the weather as well.During the week, I run through my neighborhood. Tomorrow is a rest day. (Thank goodness)
