I use my homemade paper for envelopes, thank you cards, to print open house material, etc. It is easy and fun to make it! Picture of my homemade papers:

Daily Real Estate News Secure a Lender Quickly for Tax Credit Home buyers who are eager to close the deal before the tax credit expires should be prepared to deal only with lenders who will respond to the need for speed.Even buyers without A-plus credit should be able to get a loan. "If you go to enough lenders, you can typically get a loan even with a low credit score. The terms, of course, are not as attractive," says Spencer Rascoff, chief operating officer of Zillow.com. Another possibility is to propose a lease-purchase deal or land contract to the seller. If the deal is structured properly, both buyer and seller could walk away winners.                   Brazilian Carnival starts today! Parties are different around the country  Northeast Region - The musical styles are different. Bahia State, for example, the musical style includes samba, samba-reggae, and axe, the most popular one. They don't have samba school exhibition like in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. In northeast they have what they call "trio elétrico" - a kind of truck equipped with a high power sound system and a music group on top of it, playing for the crowd. It is a lot of fun. Especially if you are young and single lol Southeast Region - Is where Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo are located. The music includes samba styles: the "samba-enredo", the "samba de bloco", the "samba de embalo", the "funk-samba", as well as the famous "marchinhas" played by the "ba...
