Detached homes – June  2014,   Monrovia, Md.   During the month of June 6 detached homes in Monrovia, Md. were added to the market.  Of these homes 4 are currently under contract, the remaining 2 part of the 21 homes on the market.   During June, 6 detached homes in Monrovia have successfully completed the sales process.  This count is an decrease of 40 percent from those sold in June of 2013.  The total value of the homes sold was $2,556,000, less than half the figure from last June.  The median closing price of these homes was $432,200 this is a 13% increase from last June.   Three of the homes (50 %) sold for list price the others sold for greater.   The median time on market for these homes was 7 days, which is 39 days better than those that sold in June of last year.     If you hav...
