That's the million Dollar Question!  Are we starting to see some improvement in the Ocean City Real Estate Market?  Well the numbers are a little hard to read, but do indicate that we be experiencing a temporary improvement!  The number of March condominium settlements in Ocean City was up 6.5% for the month of March 2008 when compared to March 07, and when comparing the number of new listings in the same period from 2007 to 2008 we were down 24.6% indicating a possible decrease in inventory.  The big jump in settlements was in the $800,000-$899,999 price range where we saw a 300% increase, and the $900,000-$999,999 price range which experienced a 500% Jump!  On the downside year to date settlements are down 15.7% when comparing the first quarter of 2007 to the first quarter of 2008, an... 04/20/2008

What a Day at The Beach! It does not get much better than this! Temps in The 80's and not a cloud in The sky! Ocean City is starting to come alive. In just a few weeks the population will grow to over 300,000, while right now it is only about 10,000. The spring is a great time to visit the beach, with lots of events and little traffic.
