If you're still looking for the perfect vacation spot for this summer, you're in luck.  My brother and his wife just completed renovations on a house in Ocean Pines, only 5 miles from the boardwalk, ocean beach and attractions at Ocean City, MD. They didn't know exactly when the work would be finished, so they didn't list the property for seasonal rental this year (as they will in the future).  In fact, we just finished final details, including the decorating, over the 4th of July weekend.
