It Was A Good Impromptu Open House At   2324 Melinda Drive 21117         For my new listing at 2324 Melinda Drive in Owings Mills, there was a showing scheduled today from 4-5 and I took advantage of the situation. I put my OPEN HOUSE sign out and posted in the MLS. Interior designer, Norbert Young stopped by along with one of the local lenders. It was fun listening to Norbert describe the changes he would make in this home.  Instead of only one person seeing this new listing, there were three who toured the property. Did it sell? Not yet...but I will continue to get potential buyers into the home and other contacts who may know of the right buyer.  I could Have Waited      Arriving at my new listing, the first thing I did was grab a rake...thinking I will  clear the deck and push the leaves under the railing in no time. Firehouse Subs In Owings Mills   Firehouse Subs In Owings Mills is a great place to stop and have a quick sandwich. Upon entering, you are greeted with a "Welcome to Firehouse Subs'' It is nice to be acknowledged when entering a place of business. The owners were telling us that this was started by actual firemen. The food is outstanding, made to order, fresh and tasty. I was introduced by one of my listing clients who is a vegetarian. Today I Sold A Future Listing! As a Baltimore Listing Broker, I had a bit of a role reversal. An Activerain Meetup, of course!!  Today a bunch of people, some old friends, some new met at Linwoods Restaurant in Owings Mills to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis Research and to talk about how great ActiveRain is and how it brings people together to share stories and friendship and good food.   The weather could not have been nicer.
