 Moving Involves Many Irons In The Fire   This afternoon I stopping by my newest listing to visit the owners and pick up a key. My lovely sellers are doing  terrific job with the final packing of 3500 Woodvalley Drive in Stevenson.   There is so much to do when moving out of your home and I could see the weariness of the process. They were discussing her antique iron collection which will be donated to a local museum.  They need to find someone to photograph them.  Not much help with packing but one thing I can do... take a few pictures.   Moving involves so many activities at the same time.  We can say they have many irons in the fire! When Is The Baltimore Open House?   The phone rings and the caller asks: When will that Baltimore County house be open? My response: When would you like it to be open? Since I make my own appointments and answer my phone, I make time to get my listings opened for agents and buyers. Yesterday in the heavy downfall of liquid sunshine, an agent asked about the showing instructions for my  home at 3704 Gardenview. She had a 2 hour window to show a young couple with small children. No problem...I will have the house open and drinks in the fridge.
