How many listings do you have, or how many listings are waiting for you? I keep a waiting list for potential clients. This approach has helped me work with clients willing to wait for my services. As a listing agent, I focus on quality over quantity, preferring to handle fewer transactions and provide better service.As a listing agent, I make all my appointments, and no one talks to my sellers but me. I aim for fewer transactions and a higher service. Walking away from a listing is always an option.
