This photo of the Chesapeake Bay was taken at Long Beach in Saint Leonard, Maryland. Two storms hit our area in the last few days. First Hurricane Ida, then a low pressure system off the coast. Thankfully I live on a hill overlooking the bay so I can watch safely. The bay has looked more like an ocean since the storms moved in. We didn't loose power but some flooding is occurring in the low elevation levels. The rain is going to continue into Saturday. Hopefully the winds die down! 11/13/2009
