Today’ View – October, 5, 2011 –  Rossmoor sales trends.   As I reported in a previous post back (Progress) in July 2011, sales in the senior citizens community of Rossmoor in Silver Spring, Md. were looking up. At that time homes sold year to date and those under some form of contract exceeded half the total for 2010.   Well, I am happy to say as of September 30, 2011, transactions in the community are even better.  The total of the homes sold and those under some form of contract as of that date exceed the total sales for 2010, and we still have three months to go.   The transactions for all of 2010, based on MLS statistics; was 280 homes sold in the community.  The same source shows 247 sold since the first of the year and 35 more under some form of contract for a total of 282 transa... 10/04/2011
