Ahhh .... Silver Spring, Md,  Unique, Diverse, Interesting, Rich in History, Revitalized, Historic, Charming and Modern all at the same time.  There is no place like Silver Spring and, with regards to Housing, still affordable compared to the rest of Montgomery County.  A Superb Location just over the Washington, DC line. Silver Spring is located along the north east border of Washington D.C., a sprawling area that was named for a spring with sparkling bits of mica. The eastern arm of the red line serves the four metro stops in Silver Spring, the Silver Spring station, the Forest Glen station, the Wheaton Station and the Glenmont station. Hearthstone Village is a Condominium Community off of University Blvd in Silver Spring, MD.  The community consists of 2 Bedroom/2 Bath units and 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath units all with 1 car garages built by Beazer Homes beginning in 2001.  I have been 'farming' and selling homes in Hearthstone Village for the past 3 1/2 years.  I have come to know many of the homeowners in the community and I hope they have come to know me as well.  I mail informational cards to the community every month and help keep the homeowners aware of their home values and the market activities.  My next endeavor will be to create a community blog in the very near future, where residents and homeowners can post information about the community and questions for me and others with interest in the community.

It's amazing what folks will try to get away with, if they believe that no one is watching.  I have always believed that a home buyer's first step in the home buying process should be making contact with an experienced buyer's agent before doing ANYTHING, except perhaps looking at some homes for sale on the Internet, of course, where they fill find Homefinders.com.  Anything else, until they have an experienced agent to advise them, can get them on the wrong track.  Advice from friends and relatives is fine, but their real estate experience is usually limited to one or two or at most three transaction in a life time.  Real estate agents and brokers, on the other hand, have the experience of many transactions.  The more transactions, the more experience, the better advice for a buyer, es...
