A week has gone buy and our firm has negotiated 7 sale contracts. There are buyers out there. They need some hand holding and reassuring. Buyers are buying lower than sellers expect. Sellers have to be dedicated to the sale of their home and willing to negotiate in order to make the sale happen. Sellers that are priced right, will get listing price. 3 of the offers we wrote this week were for full price and terms. We know that the price was right becasue 2 of those homes had multiple offers.This definitely a market for the true professional REALTOR. Definitely not a time to be trying For Sale By Owner.
