  Welcome to Blue Grass Farms Livonia Michigan web-blog written by local Livonia real estate agent Bob Jakowinicz.  The purpose of this web-blog is to give you some general information about the sub.  The picture shows the welcome sign as you enter Blue Grass Farms from 5 Mile Rd.  Blue Grass Farms is located west of Newburgh just north of 5 Mile Rd.  There is approximately 214 homes that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  The school district for the area is Livonia Public Schools with the high school of Livonia Stevenson.  I spent some time driving the area today just to get a really good feel for it so I could pass it along to you.  What I noticed was well taken care of homes, lots of people outside, two really nice parks, some wooded walking trails and even a few tennis courts.  I... 01/03/2011
