I’m sitting at my desk today doing busy work like updating my web site, invoicing Realtors for past virtual tours, as well as sending out letters to FSBOs trying to convince them they need a virtual tour too. All of the sudden it occurs to me that I should be taking photos of homes in the area, not sitting at my desk. It’s not raining. It’s not December 25th, so what could be the problem? Could it be that the average real estate agent doesn’t understand the value of high-quality images and an impressive virtual tour? I think I might be on to something here. I know what you’re saying to yourself… This guy has no idea how hard it is to sell a home right now, and hiring a photographer to take photos and create a virtual tour costs money…money I don’t have! Well, I do understand...
