I’m sitting at my desk today doing busy work like updating my web site, invoicing Realtors for past virtual tours, as well as sending out letters to FSBOs trying to convince them they need a virtual tour too.  All of the sudden it occurs to me that I should be taking photos of homes in the area, not sitting at my desk.  It’s not raining.  It’s not December 25th, so what could be the problem?   Could it be that the average real estate agent doesn’t understand the value of high-quality images and an impressive virtual tour?  I think I might be on to something here.  I know what you’re saying to yourself… This guy has no idea how hard it is to sell a home right now, and hiring a photographer to take photos and create a virtual tour costs money…money I don’t have!    Well, I do understand... 07/18/2008

  My wife, 4 year old daughter and I had the opportunity to dine at the NEW AI Fusion Sushi and Grill restaurant in Okemos, MI tonight. Located in the building of the old Pistachios on Grand River next to Hobby Lobby they have completed an extensive remodel and will be opening to the public on Tuesday 11/13. This was a great eating experience, we sampled many items that are going to be on the menu as well as some great sushi my daughter and I have grown to love while visiting the 2 other family owned restaurants UKAI Hibachi Grill & Sushi Bar, Okemos and Lansing. The restaurant features numerous flat panel TV's in the bar area, private banquet room, expansive sushi bar, private rooms for an afternoon business meeting or dinner party and a large dinning room.I highly recommend all three ... 11/11/2007
