A "heat index" for the SW Metro Real Estate Market for Q1 - 3/31/23:Chanhassen has 51 Homes pending at a median speed of 9 days on the market.Chaska has 35 Homes pending a at median speed of 8 days on the market.Eden Prairie has 66 Homes pending at a median speed of 8 days on the market.Edina has 67 Homes pending at a median speed of 9 days on the market.Minnetonka has 63 Homes pending, with a median speed of 10 days on the market.Victoria has 17 Homes pending with a median speed of 18 days on the market.The most interesting part is how few homes are actually currently on the market.  As a whole, there are about 2-3 pending homes at the moment compared to how many are still yet to sell. Which simply means, there is VERY little supply.
