Enterprise Holdings Pavilion Shaw Park Clayton MO This is the coolest structure! You must come to Shaw Park to see it for yourself and how it blends with its environs! The new Enterprise Holdings Pavilion in Shaw Park was dedicated on July 16th. The pavilion was funded through a generous donation from Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and Enterprise Holdings Foundation.  It was designed by Christner Inc., a local Clayton architecture firm with a goal to build one of the first two star pavilions under the Sustainable Sites Initiative (SITES). June at Shaw Park Aquatic CenterSwim Lessons and Swim Teams begin next week at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center. Visit www.claytonmo.gov/pool for information about all programs happening this summer. Saturday, June 7 from 1:00 -4:00p is Kid’s Day at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center. Admission is free for all resident children ages 12 and under. Bring your friends for games and other fun activities! The annual CSP Invitational Swim Meet will be held June 20-22 at Shaw Park Aquatic Center. The entire facility will be closed to the public throughout the weekend. During this time, season pass holders may use the indoor pools at The Center of Clayton as well as the outdoor Maplewood Aquatic Center at no charge. Electronic Recycling in Clayton March 21 and 22, 2014On March 21 and 22, the annual electronic recycling event will be held on the south side of Shaw Park. Businesses and residents may dispose of any electronic items. Republic Services guarantees secure Department of Defense removal of all data on reusable computers and that all non-reusable items will be recycled and not be put into a land fill. Since 2005, over 190 tons of electronic equipment have been recycled through the electronic recycling program at the City of Clayton event alone. Hanley House - Cakeway to the West in Clayton 2014The Historic Hanley House is an official 'Cakeway to the West' Landmark Site for stl250! The park is host one of the 250 four-foot, fiberglass cake sculptures across the metro area that mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of St. Louis.
