My family owns 90 Acres just north of Branson Mo, and a couple years ago I had my neighbors parcel of 100 acres up for sale. The only real interest I had was when another agent had shown it to some interesting people from the St Louis area. After the showing they informed me they were interested in putting in a "Tiger Sanctuary". With no real understanding of what they were wanting to accomplish, and having a 5 year old at the time, fear and panic ran through my mind of having hundreds of tigers in my back yard. Not being the right piece of land for them; lucky for me "I thought"  they moved on. Two years later, the announcement was made that the new animal sanctuary will be located in Rockaway Beach, MO, about 15 minutes north east of Branson, MO.
