I live in the Wildwood area in Tupelo, MS. It is the best middle income neighborhood, in my opinion in the city. Each night you can find families out walking, kids out riding thier bikes or stakes. Thier is a lot of grilling in the neighborhood, it always smells of burgers and brats. The average home price is about 120,000 and the the time on market for home sales is usually very short. If the home is reasonably priced and in good shape you can expect less than 90 days on market. The average home in the neighborhood is about 1600 sq/ft 3 bedroom 2 bath. There are larger homes on each side of Wildwood. The newest stage was built about 10 years ago, consisting of Bay Circle, Sour wood, Mahogany, Persimmon and Huckleberry Trail.
