We have seen such a drastic change of rising prices and low inventory in the real estate market over the course of the past year, it's really no surprise. But are we truly in a housing bubble? Here's how today's market is different from the housing bubble of the early 2000s.If you want to stay up-to-date on the Wilmington real estate market, subscribe to our YouTube Channel or follow our Facebook page to see all of our new videos as soon as they are posted.

"Why do prices on new construction homes keep going up?" "Are builders trying to line their pockets?" "I heard new builds keep getting delayed. Are the construction crews slacking?"We've seen a lot of frustration lately with new construction homes and believe us, we hear you and commiserate. You have likely heard prices of existing homes are going up due to low inventory, but while new construction is affected by fewer existing homes being on the market, high demand isn't the only thing affecting prices and build time for new homes. Here's what's going on with new construction homes. If you want to stay up-to-date on the Wilmington real estate market, subscribe to our YouTube Channel or follow our Facebook page to see all of our new videos as soon as they are posted.

Unsolicited home offers are a growing trend thanks to the low inventory of today's real estate market. These direct mailings come from investors and usually include a letter of intent and what they claim is a "fair" offer. While this can come off as very convenient to you, the homeowner, these offers are usually NOT in your best interest. Watch this video to learn why.If you want to stay up-to-date on the Wilmington real estate market, subscribe to our YouTube Channel or follow our Facebook page to see all of our new videos as soon as they are posted.
