I'm always intrigued with what influences a buyers decision on what house style best fits their needs and desires.  Some people prefer ranch homes, others prefer two story homes.  Many of my clients moving to Charlotte from the north want homes with basements while many of my clients moving from out west prefer ranch homes.  Also, many of my clients prefer a town home or condo vs. single family because of less responsibility, such as lawn maintenance.  I'm curious...and I simply want to take a poll from people to let me know why you think different styles of homes appeal to certain people.  Do you think it is due to age, lifestyle, influence or what people are simply accustom to or what?  Inquiring minds want to know! 12/30/2009
