Best Views in NASCARA couple of weeks ago, Bank of America hosted the Bank of America 500 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The day was dedicated to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. who was running his final race on his 'home track.' Attending the festivities with suite tickets, we had the best seats in the house - we could see everything and it was a perfectly beautiful day to attend a race.Neither Ray nor any of our team that attended with us had ever attended a NASCAR race. As far as North Carolina goes, our state has a lot to offer. Between the beautiful Outerbanks beaches and the grand Blue Ridge mountains, North Carolina has so many great places to visit.  So I was quite surprised recently when I read that Bass Pro Shop in Concord, NC is the number #1 tourist destination in North Carolina.  The massive store is about a 15 minute drive from Uptown Charlotte as well as from the Lake Norman area.  Even if you aren't a hunter or fisherman, the store offers a lot of other great items. I love hiking and every time I go there I can always find something. I will admit though, that my favorite thing at Bass Pro is the huge 22,000 gallon aquarium. I could sit in one of their rockers for hours just taking it in! 01/24/2015
