 Unfortunately, home prices in Whalehead are still on the decline. Both the median and average home prices declined fro 2014 to 2015. The good news is the increase in the amount of sales activity. The number of homes sold jumped from 30 in 2014 to 43 homes in 2015, an increase of 42%. It won't take long for this kind of sales activity to create a demand which in turn results in price increase.
