  The Camp Lejeune Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market Report, comparing January - November results in 2012 to January - November results from 2011 shows a continuation of the trends that have carried on throughout 2012 in our local market. Re-sale home sales numbers in the market, are up 1% over the same time period last year, and new construction has seen ia 10% ncrease in their sales numbers. New Construction continues to increase their market share of overall local home sales.
