 Not only are home prices in Ocean Acres going up, the sales activity is also picking up. From 2014 to 2015 the medial price of a home in Ocean Acres went up from $234,000 to $255,000 and the average price went up from $221,290 to $243,848. At the same time, the number of homes sold went up from 15 in 2014 to 17 in 2015.
