Final draw on my FHA 203k in Charlotte NCI really enjoy seeing these projects go to completion. Isn't that what it is all about? This is true wherever they are. The owners finally get to move into the house they have been working on for much too long. I say that knowing that every renovation project will likely take longer than anticipated.In any case as the final draw inspection approaches I'm thinking "ready to move in" condition.
