My advice to new agents is to join networking groups. Join as many as you possibly can.   It's a good way to get others to work for you.   When YOU have the listing..you have every agent that is a Buyers agent needing what YOU are providing.   Now you have to work for others out there also but they are in all different aspect in the of the professional work force.  Get your name out there. with your listings....... people can't  buy what they can't see and don't know about.  There are so many more ideas and suggestions but I also want to see what others have to say about getting Listings.. I need some fresh ideas.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.. Have a Wonderful Day. Ginger of Southport   http://www.GingerHarper.com

  Well Hello AR members... I held an Open House in St James  NC.  The house is located on the Golf Course and is built so professionally.  They call the style Low Country.  There is a lot of beautiful tile and hardwood floors through out.  Stylish arched doorways with columns.  WE do not see this standard of building along our coastal area of North Carolina. Problem, there were only 10 or so agents to come out and view this house.  Even with us offering gift cards and gifts and food.  We served chicken salad croissants, wheat and plain rolls with ham, cheese, turkey, and roast beef, Chips,  Chocolate Eclairs. What works for you... I really get discouraged..

  Our company is getting ready to do an Open House Extravaganza, January 10 thru January 30th.   This is the weekend for "Coast In and Win".  Names of viewers will be put in a pot and a drawing will take place and the winner will win $500.  The agent that sat the Open house will then win $250. That is pretty good incentive for mosts agent.   I am trying to come up with some very unusual ideas that will set my properties apart and draw more attention.   You are the experts and I has hoped that you would share some of your ideas.  I want this to be the most successful Open Houses in the area.   I have posted this on Facebook, Our MLS, Zillow and Trilia. Do you have some places that you Post Open house that may work for me also?

  I have been asked by a few agents to explain, Coast in and Win.   Well here goes..   Our company, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Runs Open House for the month of January. Each agent that has an open house will register any persons that attend the Open house and their name is put in a drawing for the $500.   When the winner is announced, the agent that held that open house also receives $250.    This is a real incentive for the agents to get out and line up all the Open houses that they can for the month.
