Timing is everything.  I understand it better now.  I took this listing 6 month ago...and they have now relisted with another broker for less. Timing is everything. I have a client, whose former business was advertising. Just the other day, he said, Ginger you must get the word out. It is the time to BUY. Interest rates are at an all time low, and prices of real estate are unbelievable. He is right.     Well it finally happened to me. AS I was trying to check my emails in my Yahoo account, I learned that all of my past emails and all of my contact data was gone..Absolutely nothing there.  I had been working on 4 closing and the details that we had worked out in the emails...Gone...   So since 8:30 this morning..I have been trying to retrieve my messages and the contact data information.(I have about 4000 addresses in this account...all gone)   Any suggestions as to how to reach Yahoo and see if they can restore the important stuff.   Thanks for any help that you can share.   Ginger Harper   09/08/2012
