Stallings NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2011 With three I-485 interchanges adjoining the town, Stallings NC is one of the most conveniently located of Union County’s small towns.  Stallings has a variety of neighborhoods from two golf course communities in the northern part of town to neotraditional neighborhoods where everyone has a front porch to townhome communities. Find Fresh Produce Every Day in Stallings NC I live in Stallings NC.  There’s a lot to like about living in Stallings.  It’s a small quiet town that’s about half suburban and half country.  It has a great location where Union County NC meets Mecklenburg County NC. Because there are four interchanges with I-485 adjacent to the town, I have easy access to South Charlotte or the University area.  The towns of Matthews NC and Mint Hill NC with their community festivals and shopping are Stallings’ neighbors. Stallings NC Real Estate Market Report—January-March 2011 Fourteen single family homes sold in Stallings NC during the first quarter of 2011.  The median sales price increased 1.1% over the median price in 2010 and 3.3% over the prices in 2009.  Days on market dropped 12.9% in the first quarter.  Only two Stallings townhomes sold from January to March 2011.  The median sales price remained the same as the 2010 median sales price.  Median days on market for these townhomes dropped 50%.
